Shipping & Returns
Alaska and Hawaii are not available for shipping at this time. We ship to the lower 48 States. By providing your address and zip code we can make this happen. Shipping Cost can very. We offer overnight for those reptiles that require them, 2nd Day, and Priority mail.
Animal Care
We ship to the address provided during checkout and are not responsible for incorrect addresses. All geckos come with a live arrival and health guarantee.
After delivery which someone show me waiting on these animals. Healthy 8 hours.
You must make sure that someone is at the ship to address on the day of arrival and is on the lookout for the delivery as we cannot guarantee the driver will knock or ring.

Orders shipping Thursday will ship FedEx Ground. Tracking information for your insects will be sent separately as well.

Policies
If you are not happy with your animal for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will pay to have it shipped back to us and we will replace it with another of equal value.
